NOTE:  As of July 29 any first year applications will be placed on a wait list. The open enrollment closes August 1, 2010

Applications for open enrollment for the 2010-2011 term are available by clicking here for first year applications.

Continuing applications were mailed May 24, 2010 to both the apprentice (home) and  employer (office).

• have your supervisor sign the form
